WHEREAS Joash Washington Onger, of P.O. Box 855, Yala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0186 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the diantiat .of Nairobi, registered under title No. Kisumu/Mun/Block fiffe., lad whereas sufficient madame has been adduced to show that the aertificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that alter the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been receiated within that period.
