TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 93 OF 2019 By Jonness Andeso Okwach, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Okwach, who died on 29th October, 1974. CAUSE No. 120 OF 2019 By George Otieno Opuro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naphtali Opuro, who died at South East, Alego, Siaya, on 1st September, 1969. CAUSE No. 135 OF 2019 By Charles Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 60, Sawagongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obadiah Olali Ochieng alias Obadia Olali, who died at Lundha Sub-location, on 29th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
