TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By Christopher Ogembo Numbe, of P.O. Box 100-40203, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Numbe Monyoro, who died at Majimazuri Sub-location, on 15th December, 1979. CAusE No. 41 OF 2019 By Zablon Obuba Omweno, of P.O. Bok 1, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwencr:Okemwa, who died at Bombaba Location, on 20th November, 1984. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2019 By (1) Norah Moraa Ombasa and (2) Mark Oigara Moreka, both of P.O. Box 121, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oseko Tende, who died at Bomonyama Sub-location, on 25th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
