TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2019 By (1) Rahab Njeri Nduati, (2) Daniel Mugwe Nduati and (3) Nahashon Mwangi Nduati, all of P.O. Box 1500, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nduati Waichuhi alias Nduati Jeremiah, who died at Kanyenyaini, on 3rd January, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
