TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 225 OF 2019 By (1) Sospeter Kibe Muiruri and (2) Mwaura Mungai Kimagu, both of P.O. Box 635-00902, Kikuyu 'in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Kimaku, late of Kiambu, who died at Kerwa Sub- location, on 7th August, 1989. CAUSE No. 228 OF 2019 By Frashiah Gathoni Githua, of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwaniki Githua, late of Kiambu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th May, 1996. The. Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary .and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
