TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 99 OF 2019 By (1) Moses Munyabu Njunge, (2) Naomi Wanjiru Njunge and (3) Ann Njoki Njunge, all of P.O. Box 52103, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njunge Kahura, who died at Ladnan Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2016. CAUSE No. 144 OF 2019 By Stanley Njuguna Ndungu, of P.O. Box 141, Ngecha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bosco Ndungu Njuguna, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
