TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2019 By (1) Kadzo Maitha Baya, (2) Allan Baya Minyazi and (3) Kevin Thoya Kithi, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Baya Minyazi, who died at Gede-Dabaso, on 11th September, 1983. By (1) Martin Waweru Githaiga and (2) Esther Nyaguthi Githaiga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Muthoni Muriuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the >Kenya Gazette.
