TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 517 OF 2018 By (1) Benjamin Kiprono Sugut and (2) Samson Kiptonui Sugut, both of P.O. Box 6023-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son and brother in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Bulbul & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tekrah Chepngetich Sugut, late of Kesses who died at St Elizabeth Mukumu Hodpital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. 181 OF 2019 By Cosntas Kipruto Kurgat, of P.O. Box 1310, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of ietters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Kipkurugat Chepkurui alias Simon Kipkurgat Chepkurui, who died at Kapkei, on 25th September, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from thtdate of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
