TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.280 OF 2018 By. Lilian Adhiambo Muga, the deceased's widow, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Obat Opule, who died at Awendo Sub-County, Migori, on 15th August, 1988. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By Samwel Wasonga Odienya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odienya Bwana, who died at Nyamaraga Sub-location, on 24th May, 1994. CAUSE No. 117 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Makanga Chana and (2) Mwikwabe Murimi Nyaintwa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Chana Nyainywa Murimi alias Chana Nyainywa and (2) Murimi Nyainywa Murimi alias Mwirimi Nyainywa, who died at Mabera Sub-location, on 15th May, 1999. CAUSE No. 190 OF 2019 By Teresa Achieng Ongweya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Ongweya Ongweya, who died on 4th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
