TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2019 By (1) Anab Kasim and.(2) Sumaya Mohamed Abdi, both of P.O. Box 635, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Abdi Ali, who died at Wabera, on 20th April, 2016. The Court will proCeed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
