TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 212 OF 2019 By Harriet Wambui Kirathe, of P.O. Box 20, Rurnuruti in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul -Kirathe Nguyo alias Paul Kairu Nguyo Kirathe alias Paul K. N. Kirathe alias Paul K. Kirathe alias Paul N. K. Kirathe, who died at Nyahururu Private Hospital in Kenya, on 15th November, 2015. CAUSE No. 213 OF 2019 By Thomas Agui Kipkoech, of P.O. Box 46, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Sanga, who died at Matunda, on 27th September, 1997. CAUSE No. 228 OF 2019 By (1) Francis Wachira Ndiritu and (2) Eliud Mwai Ndiritu, both of P.O. Box 588, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hanna Wambui Ndiritu alias Hannah Wambui Ndiritu, who died at District Hospital, 01 Kalou in Kenya, on 12th September, 2014. The Court will proceecirto issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
