TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 105 OF 2018 By (1) Anrew Githu Gitau and (2) David Ndichu Gitau, both of P.O. Box 109-00900, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruben Gitau Gathuri, who died at Kiambu, on 26th October, 1988. CAUSE No. 271 OF 2019 By Lucy Mugure Kimani, of P.O. Box 910-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kimani Kamau, who died at Ndiuni, on 25th Januarty, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
