Box 767, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mbugua Kimanga, who died at Kihingo Location, on 1st June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 264 OF 2019 By Robert Omwenga Oanda, of P.O. Box 1208, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Mokora Omwenga, who died at TIMI, on 11th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 282 OF 2019 By Benson Retuga Ndumia, of P.O. Box 4190, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Nyawira Ndumia, who died at M.T.R.H., on 3rd June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
