TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 341 OF 2019 By Christabel Ochuka Adamba, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Adamba Ombewa, who died on 5th July, 2005. CAUSE No. 342 OF 2019 By Christabel Ochuka Adamba, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Onyango Adamba, who died on 17th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 343 OF 2019 By John Otieno Ochieng, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Nyesi Okode, who died on 13th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
