TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 396 OF 2018 By Pamela Anyango Gonga, of P.O. Box 96471-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Abuora Sangoro, who died at Apolo Hospital Chennai 6000 Greams Road, India, on 13th January, 2018. CAUSE No. 136 OF 2019 By (I) Sama Mohamed Mwachiroho and (2) Soud Abdalla Koleta, both of P.O. Box 84721-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwawasi Koleta, who died at Taveta Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
