TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE N0.373 OF 2018 By (1) Jurgein Einsereich and (2) Stephen Joel Lertee, both of P.O. Box 54-80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the excecuters named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Monika Ilona Leadismo Nee Wild, who died at Mtwapa, on 4th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
