TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2019 By (1) Mary Jepkering Maiyo and (2) Wilson Kipleting Tarus, both of P.O. Box 1108-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Adalo Bitok & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptarus Maiyo alias Kiptarus amp Maiyo, late of Sirikwa, Uasin Gisgu County, who died there on 16th November, 2005. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2019 By Rael Jeruto Kiplel, of P.O. Box 30-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kibet Keter, who died at Central, Nandi, on 29th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
