NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th June, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1445, in Volume DI, Folio 189/3820, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Paulyene Ndulu (Guardian), of P.O. Box 67365–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Michell Mumbua (a minor), formerly known as Michell Wanjiru Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Michell Wanjiru Njuguna, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michell Mumbua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Michell Mumbua only.
