Lakicha & Company Advocates, on behalf of Mohamed Ade Yasin Mohamed (a minor), of P.O. Box 8768–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Ade Adan Mohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Ade Adan Mohamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ade Yasin Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ade Yasin Mohamed only.
