NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Elizabeth Ndumia, a resident of Nairobi, that some household items which have 30th August, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE been lying at the premises of Armstrong Moving and Storage Limited, Reliance Industries, Warehouse No. 7, along Mombasa Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of storage charges and any other related expenses, failure to which the said goods will be sold off either by public auction or private treaty without any further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to Elizabeth Ndumia.
