REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Asha Omar Lali Tit, (2) Fatma Tima Omar, (3) Badi Swaleh, (4) Hassan Omar Lali, (5) Suleiman Omar Lali and (6) Mohamed Omar Lali, all of P.O. Box 1279–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as owners in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/Mkomani/12, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
