Should the owner of the mentioned vehicle fail to comply with this notice, the vehicle shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be applied towards settling all accrued charges without any further references to the owner .
