TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2019 By Joshua Saiguran Masaa, of P.O. Box 1, Kajiado in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masaa ole Maimbi, who died at Ngama, on 31st July, 2008. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2019 By Emily Gakii Kirema, of P.O. Box 302, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Mwari Kirema alias Hadija Kalaine Mohamed, who died at St, Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
