Box 724, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Owuor Achieng alias Owuor Achieng, who died at North Kanyabala, on 24th August, 1987. CAUSE No. 122 OF 2019 By (1) Denice Onyango Otieno and (2) Felix Otieno Obuodha, both of P.O. Box 49, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orara Olango, late of Kachieng, who died at Kawino, on 2nd February, 2001. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2019 By (1) Charles Nyamwaya Owino and (2) Jared Wasonga Owino, both of P.O. Box 51, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Jabuya Otieno, who died at Kotieno Konuonga, on 18th July, 2002. CAUSE No. 158 of 2019 By Samwel Ouma Kungu, of P.O. Box 35, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kungu Mumbo Akonya alias Dalmas Kungu alias Kungu Mumbo, late of Nyalenda, who died there on 28th September, 1998. CAUSE No. 159 OF 2019 By Agnes Achieng Oronge, of P.O. Box 194, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Majiwa Sije, late of Kachieng, who died there on 8th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
