TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 97 of 2019 By Hellen Atieno Nyanga, of P.O. Box 231, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haigla Oduor Nyanga, who died at i3ama Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2019 By (1) Denis Akumu Odunde and (2) Peres Auma °donde, both of P.O. Box 216, Ng'iya in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Aruwa Ofinya alias Aruwa Ofinya, who died on 30th December, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
