TAKE NOTICE that applications having, been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2019 By Benjamin Kipkosgei Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 215-30300, Kapsabet, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Cheruiyot Mutai, who died on 9th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2019 By (1) Dinah Chepkemoi Koech and (2) Hellen Chepkirui Koech, both-of P.O. Box 620, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngeno arap Koech, who died on 3rd September, 1989. The. Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be'shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
