TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.185 OF 2017 By Nelson Amulavu Ogada, of P.O. Box 29, Gamboge in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Nderwa Abuse, who died on 4th May, 1988. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2018 By Irine Cheserem Ngetich, of P.O. Box 74, Kapcheno in Kenya, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Cherewo Ngetich, who died on 1st October, 2017. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2018 By Pasilisa Chepchirchir Langu, of P.O. Box 355, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemboi arap Langu, who died on 28th July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
