Box 43, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muga Aluoch alias Daniel Muga, latd of Kachieng Sub-location, who died there on 6th June, 1973. CAUSE No. 172 OF 2019 By Mary Achieng Oyugi, of P.O. Box 43, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Rambe Oyugi, late of Kachieng Sub-location, who died there on 24th March, 2017. CAUSE No. 173 OF 2019 By Jackline Evaline Anyango Odondi, of P.O. Box 373, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matline Akinyi Odondi alias Matline Akinyi Were, late of Kanyagwala Sub-location, who died there on 3rd March, 2002'. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
