CAUSE No. 179 OF 2019 By Eunice Wanjiku Chege, of P.O. Box 5210, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Chege Muthemba, who died at Gikambura, on 10th June, 1993.
