Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njogu Kiarie alias Njogu-Kiarie, late of Komothai Location, who died at Ginduri-Mbari-ya-igi on 26th June, 1995. Box 53, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Peter Katnau, late of Karnuchege Location, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2008. CAUSE N0.30 OF 2019 By (1) James Kamau Ngugi, (2) Edith Wanjini Ngugi and (3) David Njau Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 1, Kagwe in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Githumo alias William Ngugi Githumo alias Githumo William alias W. Ngugi Githumo, late of Gatamaiyu Location, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2013.
