TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2019 By (1) Alfred Jurna Kazungu and (2) Silvester Sirya Kazungu, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Sirya Thoya, who died at Bataka Chembe, Gede, on 26th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the sank unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
