TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2017 By (1) John Charo Mwaro and (2) Dickson Kazungu Yaa, both of P.O. Box 321-80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kafadzi Mwaro, who died at Ngerenya Location, on 9th October, 1982. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By (1) Moses Otuna Ochieng and (2) Alex Oundo Ounia, the deceased's nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Wanyama Oghato alias Wanyama Osaye Oghato, who died on 27th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
