TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 257 OF 2018 By (1) Bokeye Edward Nyamohanga and (2) Samwel Gati Nyamohanga, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Celina Chacha Murimi, who died at Nyankore Sub-location, on 4th February, 2015. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2019 By (1) Dorsila Odira Awino and (2) Samwel Owande Owino, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pherison Awino Obiero, who died at Wasweta I Sub-location, on 26th April; 2007. By Dickens Otieno Kisuge, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecton Kisuge Oyier alias Jacton Kisuge, who died on 4th December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
