TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 of 2018 By Arthur Hill Buki, the executor named in the deceased's last.will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Wini Chiku'Mbotela, who died on 5th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
