TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2017 By (1) Salim Anjarwalla and (2) Tehzeen Anjarwalla, both of P.O. Box 18317-00500, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mehmuda Huseinbhaiatijarwalla, who died at Mombasa, on 16th March, 2016. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2018 By (1) Danson Mwandawiro Shako, (2) Onesmus Kalaghe Shako, (3) John Shako and (4) Difroda Shako, the deceased's children and heirs, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Mwandawiro Shakd, who died at Mombasa, on 16th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
