NOTICE is given to the general public, pursuant to the Water Act, 2016, section 139, that Nanyuki Water and Sewerage Company Limited which has a licence to provide water and sewerage services in Nanyuki Town and its environs, has made application to the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) for a Tariff Review. Nanyuki Water and Sewerage Company Limited proposes an upward tariff adjustment to enable the utility to operate at full cost recovery and meet conditions for improving service delivery. Details of the current tariff and the proposed tariff can be'obtained from www.nawasco.co.ke or at the offices of Nanyuki Water and Sewerage Company Limited along the Meru—Nanyuki Highway.
