REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Allan Leonard Norman and (2) Penina Rebekah Wamuyu Karioki, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1 142, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the original green card of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new register and the said missing green card shall be' deemed to be of no effect.
