REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amos Chege Waweru (ID/i 122438/64), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2!I'.6520, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another green card and the said missing green card shall be deemed to be of no effect.
