WHEREAS Joseph Macharia Wamunyü (ID/4931875), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0401 hectare or thereabouts,. situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/10938 (Mwariki), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green/white card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
