NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th April, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 437, in Volume DI, Folio 78/1123, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Priscilla Kalewa Ndaka-Nzenge (Guardian), on behalf of Reagan Mumo George, (a minor) of P.O. Box 4042–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Reagan Mumo Nzenge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Reagan Mumo Nzenge and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Reagan Mumo George, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Reagan Mumo George only.
