NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 441, in Volume DI, Folio 72/1061, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Franklin James Saiyialel, of P.O. Box 26339– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Sayialel Keriasek, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Sayialel Keriasek and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Franklin James Saiyialel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Franklin James Saiyialel only.
