NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th May, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 323, in Volume B-13, Folio 1933/14420, File No. 1637, by our client, William Muendo Daniel Kavenya, of P.O. Box 1326-80108, Kilifi in the Republic, of Kenya, formerly known as William Muendo Daniel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name William Muendo Daniel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name William Muendo Daniel Kavenya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name William Muendo Daniel Kavenya only.
