NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Kenya Exotic Cars Limited and Simon Ekai Ewoi, to take delivery of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBU 866W, Range Rover from the yard of Dynamic Auto Spares Limited, opposite Makupa Primary School, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges together with other costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued storage charges/costs and the balance, if any, shall be at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
