NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following 1486 1486 an authority and order under the miscellaneous criminal application No. 170 of 2019 by Chief magistrate Court, Makadara, Nairobi, to the owners of motor vehicles, mobile phones and laptops which are lying idle and unclaimed within Pangani Police Yard, to collect the said motor vehicles, mobile phones and laptops at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice.
