APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Rating Act (Cap. 267) of the Laws of Kenya and the approval by the County Executive Committee and in accordance with the Valuation for Rating Act (Cap. 266) of the Laws of Kenya, the County Government of Kajiado appoints the following valuers— Dickson K. Mwobobia, B.A. Land Econ (Hons), UoN, M.I.S.K, R.V Mugendi N. Gatumu, B.A. Land Econ (Hons), UoN, M.I.S.K, R.V Kennedy W. Wekesa, B.A. Land Econ (Hons), UoN, M.I.S.K, R.V as the County valuers to prepare its Draft Valuation Roll. THE VALUATION FOR RATING ACT (Cap. 266) DECLARATION IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Rating Act Cap. 266 of the Laws of Kenya, the County Government of Kajiado “declares’’ that the ‘valuer’ in preparing any Draft Valuation Roll or the Draft Supplementary Valuation Roll, need neither value or include in the Roll the value of the land or the assessment of the improvement rate as required by paragraphs (c) and (e) respectively of this section.
