THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chebotalai arap Tole, of P.O. Box 75, Kapsoit in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kapsoit/843, and whereas the high court of Kenya at Kericho under succession cause No. 68 of 2017, has issued a grant of letters of administration intestate to (1) Joseph Kipkoros Koske and (2) Joseph Tirop, both of P.O. Box 75, Kapsoit in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts to trace the title deed has failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chebotalai arap Tole, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
