REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Mwituria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 15 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Mikaro/14, and whereas the Senior resident magistrate's court at Engineer in succession cause No. 3 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to John Wamwituria Kamau (ID/2955558), of the estate of Kamau Mwituria (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kamau Mwituria (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Mwituria (deceased); shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
