WHEREAS Josphat Onyango Otakwa, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 028 hectare or thereabouts, known as West Bunyore/Ernbali/976, situate in the district of Luanda, and whereas the land rug ister in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstru ct the property register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Acct provide that no valid objection has been received within that periof J.
