REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) William Muthama Mweka, (2) Mwihaki Mweka Ngaru, (3) Catherine Wanjiku Kamau and (4) Marinah Joseph Centra, all of P.O. Box 315-00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the administrators of the estate of Mweka Ngaru, registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/38 (Original No. 367/AXI/1913), situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N33, Folio 299 File 1052, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register S. N. MOKAYA, MR/6708563 Land Registrar, Kisii District. have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
