REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Litunya c/o Eshucha, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisa/Mushiangubu/757, situate in the district of Kakamega and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1182 of 2010 has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Agnes Tutie Atsiaya and (2) Patrick Jomo Litunya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
